Tell us about your experience and the returns you know best. About 3 minutes.Confirm your email and sign our terms
We email you a private link to your partner portal. No password to remember. Read the preparer terms there and sign by typing your name.We confirm your PTIN
Show us your PTIN renewal confirmation for this year on a call or in person. We record that we saw it. We don't keep your PTIN or any Social Security number. You're set up
Then we send our security plan (WISP) to sign and set up your logins. Your portal keeps your status and signed records in one place. What our preparer terms ask of you
- A current PTIN, renewed each year.
- Every return you prepare for our clients is reviewed by FL Tax Experts before it's filed, and you do the required due diligence on credits and head of household status.
- No IRS representation beyond what the law allows a tax preparer. When a client needs more, an Enrolled Agent or CPA from our network steps in.
- Keep client information confidential, follow IRC section 7216, and sign and follow our Written Information Security Plan (WISP).
- Use your own login with multi-factor authentication, protect client data on your own devices, and report a suspected breach to us within 24 hours.
- Describe yourself as a tax preparer. Never "certified", "credentialed", or an EA or CPA.
You can read the full terms in your portal before you sign anything. Pay is set out in a separate written agreement.
