Start Your IRS Transcript Request

Fill this out once, and we'll send you an authorization request through the IRS's own system — no paperwork to mail, no faxing, no waiting weeks.

!

Before you start: you'll need an IRS Online Account

Once we receive your info, we send an authorization request directly to your IRS Online Account. You'll log in there to review and approve it — that's the step that actually lets us pull your transcripts. If you don't have an account yet, create one first (takes about 10–15 minutes, including identity verification). If you already have an ID.me-verified IRS online account, transcripts can be available the same day you approve our request.

Your Information

Everything below must match your IRS records exactly — this is what allows the authorization request to go through without delays.

Identity

For your security we don't collect your Social Security number or birth date on this public page. You enter them inside your private portal after you sign in: create or sign in to your portal.

Current Address
Moved recently? Use the address currently on file with the IRS, not necessarily where you live today — we'll sort out any mismatch together.
Contact Info
What Years Do You Need Reviewed?
Not sure how far back you need to go? Select "Not sure" — we'll figure it out together once we're in.
What Brings You In?
How Would You Like to Meet?
There's no wrong answer. Pick whatever feels most comfortable. In-person visits are by appointment only, and we'll confirm a time with you.
Have a Code? (optional)
Got a code from a friend, partner, or event? Enter it here. No code? No problem.

A note on security: this information is used solely to prepare your IRS authorization request and is handled in accordance with IRS data safeguarding requirements. We never ask for your SSN by unsecured email, and you can call our office directly to complete this form verbally if you'd prefer not to submit it online.

Disclaimer: Submitting this form does not create a client relationship and is not itself a tax authorization.
