How it works
Add each cost as it happens: pick the show, pick the category, enter the amount. The tracker estimates how much is deductible and totals it by event. When you're done, download a spreadsheet (CSV) for your tax preparer or print it.
Your entries stay on this device, in this browser. Nothing is sent to us. Clearing your browser data erases them, so download a copy after each show.

About the estimates
The "estimated deductible" column uses the general federal rules: most show costs 100%, meals 50%, entertainment 0%, gifts capped at $25 per person per year, and 72.5 cents a mile for 2026 driving. It doesn't know your whole situation. A reusable booth display, for example, may be written off as equipment, and a mixed business-and-vacation trip needs to be split. Read the full rules on our trade show and convention tax guide.
